If you are interested in acquiring a copy in person, I set up my vending booth at the Arlington Flea Market every first Saturday of the month from 0700-1200. Just look for the black curtains and you'll find it.
I decided that I needed to create something special for my book display that would garner attention That's how I came up with the idea for the following display.
Every piece in the display comes from a different chapter in No Ghost. Kind of like how in the 80s movie posters where you saw a little bit of everything from the movie on one piece of paper.
This was a very fun display to make. I spent weekends hopping from goodwill to michaels looking for dolls, picture frames, miniatures. Anything I thought would make this project come to life. I printed out stock photos to fill the picture frames with. Akin to film taglines on posters, I wrote a plethora of book dialogue on a table. In a way, I wanted it to look ritualistic. Black candles definitely completed the look.
I was initially wary regarding how I thought people would handle this type of display at a flea market. I was concerned I'd get thrown out from complaints. This has yet to happen, though. I've set up my tables without any issue during the past couple markets. Overall reception has been positive. The positive feedback also came from folks who weren't fans of psych horror books.
